These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jae Lee ("TouchGeek", "we", "us") covering your use of the TouchGeek mobile application and any related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, recording a clip, or otherwise using TouchGeek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What TouchGeek is
TouchGeek is a soccer training app. You record short practice clips, and an artificial-intelligence coach returns a score and written feedback on your technique. The app also tracks your session history and progression through drill batches.
TouchGeek is a self-training aid, not a coach, trainer, physician, or scout. Feedback is generated automatically by an AI model from still frames sampled out of your video. It can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on it for anything that matters — team selection, injury assessment, medical decisions, or professional evaluation.
2. Who may use it
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use TouchGeek with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's use of the Service, including any recording of the child and any purchases made in the app.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. Physical activity and safety
Soccer training carries risk of injury. You use TouchGeek at your own risk, and you agree that:
- You are responsible for choosing a safe, clear space to train, with secure footing and nothing breakable, valuable, or fragile nearby.
- You are responsible for positioning your phone safely — never balance it where it can fall on you, and never hold or look at it while performing a movement.
- You will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- You should consult a physician before beginning any new training program, especially if you have an existing injury or medical condition.
- TouchGeek does not assess your fitness, injury risk, or readiness to perform any drill. A drill appearing in the app is not a recommendation that it is safe for you.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from physical activity performed while using the Service.
